Building on four decades of innovation in retail technology, we are launching our new Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs), capable of displaying up to six colours.
We’re excited to deliver even more striking in-store experiences, along with the seamless price updates that our clients have grown to depend upon.
We have more than 3.2 million of our ESLs live in stores right now, across the island of Ireland. The majority of these tags display three colours: red, black and white. Now, while continuing to use our ultra energy-efficient e-ink displays, we have options that also include yellow (4-colour), or blue and green too (6-colour).
These exciting new models join our suite of ‘Generation 3’ ESLs, which come with a host of interactive features, including NFC, automatic QR code generation, multi-coloured LED flash lights, and image support. There are a multitude of ways to use these features, such as directing shoppers to further information online or to sign up for loyalty rewards.
Enhancing an Already Compelling Shelf Pricing Solution
Fully integrated with the store EPoS, DIGI ESLs automatically keep shelf pricing and promotions up to date. This saves retailers 10’s of hours a week that would otherwise be spent manually checking, printing and replacing price labels. Our clients report that the system has paid for itself within 18 months.
The 3-colour ESLs already support interactive features, branded designs and striking promotional templates. The addition of 4- and 6-colour tags to the portfolio will meet the needs of stores who wish to unlock new marketing opportunities on their shelf edges. You can now represent your branding and value messaging in full-colour. View the full catalogue of ESL models here.
From seasonal displays to branded campaigns, these cutting-edge digital tags boast the same long battery life, thin profile and robust casing.
- Up to six simultaneous screen colours with e-ink: black, white, red, yellow, green and blue… And the system can mix these colours too to create further colours, e.g. yellow and red, for orange.
- NFC & QR code support for mobile loyalty, product details, and personalised offers.
- Programmable, coloured LED flash lights for on-shelf promotions or to help store-pickers find items faster.
- Product-image display for enhanced shopper decision-making.
- Fast updates and a wide operating-temperature range.
- Bespoke templates designed with you to meet your needs.
